Hi! I'm Liam, an aspiring Data Scientist/Data Engineer. As a Master of Data Science student, I have acquired and am continuing to develop a robust skill set in Python and R programming, with a strong foundation in statistical principles and methods from my Bachelors of Medical Science. My expertise lies in applying both traditional and machine learning methods to analyse complex datasets.
I thrive on tackling challenging problems and extracting meaningful insights from nuanced data. With a strong foundation in statistical principles and methods, I enjoy diving deep into datasets to uncover patterns and draw valuable inferences.
• Strong baseline understanding of both Frequentist and Bayesian models of statistics.
• Use of statistical modeling and analysis to draw insights from varied data types.
• Data Munging to clean and filter data for use in analysis and modeling.
• The R programming language and the RStudio development environment.
• Intermediate Python, including the Pandas/NumPy/Tensorflow packages.

Using the Riot Games API to pull match data for a user and display statistics about their performance in recent games.
Using the Up! Bank Developer API to receive data about my bank accounts, spending and income and using a Plotly Dashboard to show useful information about my finances.
